GREEN BAY, WI (WFRV) The first sub-zero temperatures and wind chills moved into Northeast Wisconsin overnight. But the impact wasn't felt by many of us until we tried to get to school or work. That's because the cold drained batteries or made it hard to get vehicles started. Local Five's Terry Kovarik got some first hand experience.
